Workshop – Discovery Sailing: Wind Energy Discovery Sailing: Wind Energy is a mini sailing course held on the PomorskiST/Uni sailboat (with sea access in front of the basement), where pupils/students will experience the joys of sailing while also learning the theory behind how a boat moves using sails, i.e. wind as its driving force. This activity is organized as part of the project Improving the Sustainability of Maritime Transport in Split-Dalmatia County (PomProST), within the work package Preservation and Promotion of Maritime Heritage, Maritime Literacy, and Youth Skills. It is possible to organize three groups per day, each lasting one hour, from 12:00 to 15:00. Each group consists of 8 participants, with a minimum age of 14.
