This online session aims to bring together professionals in science communication and public engagement to collectively discuss key challenges encountered in the development and implementation of science outreach events.

With a strong European perspective, the workshop seeks to broaden the exchange of practices and encourage cross-institutional dialogue on shared issues and methodologies.

This is an interactive workshop, structured around collaborative and participatory activities:

• Case study presentations by two science communicators working in different institutions, sharing their experiences and approaches to public engagement;
• Breakout session in three working groups, each focused on a specific topic related to science communication challenges and practices;
• Plenary restitution, where each group will present its reflections and conclusions to the wider audience.
