The Noćnjak event brings together olive growers, olive oil producers, experts, and manufacturers through a trade fair for equipment an exhibition and  guided tastings, and official award ceremonies recognising quality and product design. The programme includes scientific and professional conferences, workshops, round tables, and innovation presentations, with a special focus on modern technologies, sustainability, and current challenges in olive growing and olive oil production. Presentations will also be held as part of the Scientific and Professional Conference of olive and olive oil experts, organised in cooperation with the Institute for Adriatic Crops and Karst Reclamation.
